The crucial questions became: “How can we design for empathy?” “Where do caregivers feel most lost?” “What experience will build trust and encourage consistent use?” Through the synthesis of these human-centered insights, a solution was crafted, empowering caregivers to navigate eldercare with confidence and compassion.
LivWell Seniors is a community-based resource that offers free, personalized guidance to families navigating senior living options in the Quad Cities, Des Moines, and Iowa City/Cedar Rapids regions. The company acts as an advocate, providing expert advice and support to simplify the search for appropriate care solutions.
